Kicking
So yes.. I was just in a room with a bunch of people from the same clan (all high pingers.) I have a ping of 22 (nice, people with low ping still are here!!!) so they tried to kick me just for my ping... when i asked them why they were kicking me... is there any punishment against it? cuz im tired of this by kicking for my ping -_-

What a joke. It's been more than a year and still nothing has been done to the Kick Voting System. Shows how much Z8/SG cares about their players.
Thank god I don't play as much as I used to. I realized it's just a big waste of time and feel bad for the people who haven't realized this yet. -

You're saying only middle eastern players kick? And they do it because they don't have their own server? -

Sigh your English makes it hard for me to understand. So, where you say "when I asked them why they were kicking me... []?" their response was "for your my (your) ping"? Or did you not get a response from them?
Honestly almost everyone that gets kicked can only make assumptions as to the reasons why, no one will ever know what was the actual reason behind the kick. In all my years playing this game I have NEVER been kicked for my "ping". I personally just find that hard to believe, not that I'm saying it doesn't happen, probably does happen on a very small scale to the point it's not even a real issue.
I don't know you, but from what I've seen from the forums alone, I would say you probably provoked them in some type of way. No they will not get punished, perhaps if you were friendly in game you wouldn't have been kicked. Obviously there will always be that one person that kicks any and everyone, so there's no solution for it.
If you're getting kicked too often for your ping as you claim, which I do believe is utter BS, you could always quit. Make a nice little "Quiting CF For Good" thread, then make an "I'm back" thread like half of these forumers do.

At this point I'd ask for screenshots, but I know you don't have any otherwise you probably would have posted by now. Even with screenshots, it's extremely (cannot stress this enough) to recreate a screenshot of a random account saying "I was the one that kicked you & the ONLY reason I did that was because of your ping".
I already answered your question, nothing can be done about if for now.
