are Z8Games really doing their job?

on august 11 my account was stolen, some thief change my password. I have not given my ID or PW absolutely no one. I log in the Crossfire web page to view the events. and after a while no longer allowed me to enter. it said the password was incorrect!!!. i was trying change my pw but Z8Games does not accept my email.

I'm tired of sending tickets, they always answer the same:

"Some of the account information you provided on your support form does not match our records or it was filled incorrectly. You need to Provide Us with sufficient correct information on the support request form in order for a staff member to verify the account ownership."

they do not even bother to read my message. have been 5 days since stole my account, I could not do anything and Z8Games don't even try helping me.
he is talking to my friends trying to steal their accounts saying "you want kukri gold or zp?". fortunately my friends know that he stole my account.

i'm pretty sure if i put my IGN forum administrators are going to delete my post....

Some shady staff around here as well. bear that in mind. . Part time kid's here , name a game that does not have weekend staff to mod their own forum's , thats how ill this version is.

What are you talking about? Forum mods are on pretty much any day of the week. It's not like they are legally obliged to be on the forums at all times. A moderator is a volunteer, not an employee of SG West. They do not get paid, they work for free.

The reason MOD's delete your forum posts are because stolen accounts and things of that nature are supposed to be dealt with solely in support tickets. Is that a good thing? Well that's debatable, but that's how they just do things here. You probably lost your account due to going to a fake Z8 event website (yes there are lots of them, don't follow sketchy links) or you got keylogged from downloading hacks/other third party programs. Those are the two most common ways to have your account stolen after giving out your info to other people. In the Z8 support page there is a specific section for if you've lost access to your account. Fill out as much information (correctly) as you can. If you don't know something or if you don't understand what something is then ask/explain why it isn't there in the comment section at the bottom. The reason getting your account back is so hard is because they don't want people abusing the support section to steal accounts and if you've lost your account 9/10 times it's because of something that you did. Good luck with your account and be smarter while online.

If you do not have enough correct information, support staff cannot recover your account. Simple as that. As mentioned, the reason your posts are getting deleted or closed is because nobody here can help you on the forums. The GM's can help you, but not on the forums. And if you've sent your tickets and gotten an answer that you don't have enough info, there is a reason. Because you don't have enough info. Now perhaps you logged into a site that stole your password. Maybe you have a virus that did so. Or you logged in from an internet cafe that had a keylogger. I don't know. But what I do know is that asking if we are doing our jobs probably isn't helping your situation.

I'm sorry, but how old are you? First off no one here will understand you, secondly who are you trying to threaten? Are all the people from England that go on these forums just not "with it"? Funny enough I don't usually see this in game, just the forums where these posh English guys with a good upbringing try so hard to sound "gangster".

Sigh. To the OP basically what everyone else said, nothing can be done here. You want something done? Use the support & give accurate information.
