Clan name change

I understand that clan names are unable to be used after 90 days of the disband of a clan.
I disband exective a year ago and the clan name is still unavailable
I disband modern 3 years ago
I sent a support ticket a couple times and they just keep telling me the 90 day rule but wouldnt acually check their system
I sent the support ticket a couple months ago and it shouldve been 90 days and clan name is still inavilable
Only the MOD here can help?

I think the system is bugged because I have tried a lot of names that I never see around and it still says unavailable >.<

been about a year since i wanted to change my clan name but the clan name is still unavailable. sent multiple tickets but the staff just told me to wait 90 days and there isnt anything they can do..
its obvious you guys can change IGN names in the past but why not try to fix the system or help us..
where are all the MODs that used to be active. Or is this game really dead at last?
