the email problem

Hello,

i got a huge problem,

try to rebuild my time on cf and just when i want to look if my email stil works.. it doesn't. The problem is my email does not excist anymore so i dont have a clue what to do right now i cannot log in into my email.

only thing is i havent played on this account for about 2 years. i lost a huge part of info from this account because of the fact that my harddrive from my pc stopped working and cannot be fixed anymore. The disk into it is damage so its broke and useles. all the info was in a document in my pc somewhere in a map.

i have sended a ticked but its unfair to say because i dont have all the info i cannot change the email of it. i'm the real owner and still have the email. i want to ask for help from a gm

ps dont tell me again to send a ticked i've had eneugh with that. i want real help right now not some robot.

Tickets are NOT robots. It's the GMs that reply, even though it's copy and paste, it's them.

If the Tickets didn't help you. The forums won't help you either. Try to remember as much info as you can.

alright then not a robot, but i cant remember anything, you think i dont have something else to thing of in the past 2 years

If you can't remember your info, it's your fault. Forums won't help you, that's for sure.

that to do with the fact that i just want to ask for changing my email. its not my fault that my harddrive stop working can i smell that when it dies? no i cant, can i get the info back no i cant.

You said that you sent a ticket and they couldn't help you. So the forum won't help you either.
