someone logged on to my crossfire account and changed pw.
Someone, I don't know who, Logged on to my acc while I was playing crossfire and it disconnected me. I immediatly went on z8 games to change the password and also started the game up and logged back in. I then proceeded to change the password but this man/woman had already somehow done that, while I was still logged in on the client and website. so now I can't change my password because i dont know what the current pw is.. I've spent alot of money on this acc and I have never shared it with anyone so i dont know how the hell this could happen.. I need help ASAP please... I cant open a ticket because I dont know the email I used 6 years ago when i made my account. I only recently returned to playing crossfire about a month and like a week ago.

Alright I did that. but the thing is, i dont have my secret question thingy either and I dont remember the exact date i made this acc.. since I was just a kid back then.. but shouldn't you be able to see that there has not been a password change in a looooong time and that there has only been one IP adress logging in to the game for the past 5 weeks or so ? Also that there has only been logins from sweden on thiss acc up until today -
It doesn't work like that. The account recovery really sucks since you need to dig up old information from the past.but shouldn't you be able to see that there has not been a password change in a looooong time and that there has only been one IP adress logging in to the game for the past 5 weeks or so ? -

I did try, and it didn't work... How can they make player support WORSE from 5 years back ?! I can't believe this, 2000 euros down the drain, and alot of time-.- -

Just Calm down and Don't try to remember the exact date of the account.Just try to remember the month and the closest memorable events which had occurred just before or after you made the account.Try to remember your first day of crossfire.Try to remember the experience you felt when you played crossfire for the first time.
If your account has any secret question then try to remember its answer.As you said,you were quite young when you made the account then you may know the First email account which you have made.Try to remember the email address.Just keep trying.
I hope you will get your account back soon.
