No other way.

Hi all.

Past month i was trying to change my accounts email address. I wrote about 4 tickets explaining how i created an account 5 years ago with a random email just to play with a friend without knowing that i actually was gonna continue playing this game after so many years...

Now, i want to cahnge the email, but i dont know, and dont have access the email i registered this account with, because i just created a new email and didn't use my main emal-address because i thought it is just gonna be one time play.
But i know for sure that i used my name and surname in that email cus i can see it in "My Account".

I explained it in the ticket, but all U telling me is; "Some of the account information you provided on your support form doesn’t match our records or it was filled incorrectly.........".

Sequrity question
I dont remember which sequrity question i selected back then to actually provide it to u. (because of the same reason, i just wanted to create an account to try teh game out) but if U just tell me which one it is i selected back then, i promise i will answer it correctly.

Creation date
Now, who actually remembers the exact day of them creating an account somewhere? of course no one, and in my case it passed 5 years since that day.

Transaction method, i provided it.. it was with a check or something where you just write the code out of the paper to the site.
Transaction id... i just can't know it.
First ingame name; provided
date of birth also provided.

I explained my problem in the "Message Details" section like 4 times now. but all u guys do is close my ticket and just move on..
My account is not safe without a valid email address.

I beg u, ask me any question and i will give the right answer, even the old email contains my name and surname, my login contains my name and year of birth..
I can send you a copy of my pass or something to prove that i indeed am the person who has that name and was born on the date i provided in my ticket.

Pls give it a try... it's not that hard.

Best regards.
