Hotkeys problem

Hi there

Some of my hotkeys seem to work and others don't.

Work:
Score - Tab
+ Gamma - Home
- Gamma - End
+ Mouse Sensitivity - Page Up
- Mouse Sensitivity - Page Down

Don't work:
Name tags - Insert
Radar/Delete - Delete
Tactical Map - ~

Does anyone else have this problem or just me and is it because I have an european azerty-keyboard?
Is there a way to fix it? Do I have to change the keys with external programs like sticky keys or is that not allowed?

All help is much appreciated!

It could be your keyboard, but unfortunately you can't change those options manually as they are set to not be changed.

You mean because I have an european keyboard or that mine is just broken?
And can someone tell me if I'm allowed to change the keys of my keyboard with an external program to play cf?

No that could cause a ban.

Probably has nothing to do with an AZERTY keyboard. But it wouldn't hurt to try using a QWERTY keyboard, maybe it'll work with it.
