Tough, it was stated when they gave the coupon (as a gesture of goodwill) that it would only be used for the next VIP pre-order, and nothing else. If you don't want to use it, don't, but you didn't pay for the 10% off, it was given to everyone as a gesture of goodwill.
Don't want to use it on this? Don't. But don't get mad because you can't use it where you want. -

P.S. Is a good deal the 10% cupon BUT for players who don't need this vip is just a waste of money...
Having the coupon for any VIP doesn't guarantee anything tbh. Not that they added the coupon for the money, they would've just not added it in the first place?
Like Natt said, it was reimbursement for the VIP bug. You didn't pay for it, you didn't expect it and you didn't request at that time. So either use it or not. It is that easy.
