OMg wats going on

hi k i started cf up and it would go straight to uninstall every time i clicked exe .
then my anti virus said theres somthing wrong with it so i uninstalled when i go to install
i get this error
C:\ProgramFiles\Z*games\CrossFire\CF_G4box.exe

An error occurred while trying to rename a file destination directory:
MoveFile failed;code2.
The system cannot find the file specified


Plz help ty
