Crossfire new killmarks do not work

I downloaded killmarks on Modhub.org and I put the kill marks file inside my mark folder in the crossfire folder, and I even checked the pictures of the file when I opened are the ones that I downloaded, but when I start to run crossfire, the killmarks are still the default ones!!?? Any ideas to fix this? Thanks!

You can't change it anymore since CF 2.0 came out. I think (not 100% sure) you can get banned for changing those files.

No its not. Everything from modhub.org is perfectly safe. In fact, its an ex-MOD who created the site. Its just doesnt work anymore with CF2.0, thats all.

DO NOT CHANGE YOUR KILL MARKS, you can get banned for tampering with files, let alone lose your account to a killmark you think is cool, but was really just a fishing file. Never ever evrvrververvevreverv change anything like that, you risk your account being stolen, a virus on your computer, your account being banned, your game not working properly or all of the above.

Plus with 2.0, i don't think you can even change killmarks anymore. Your best bet is to earn them the good ol fashioned way by ranking up and your killmarks upgrading with your rank xD.

Its not risk of being stolen, those killmarks were all legit i use to use them myself. Just When the CF 2.0 System came out They Moved all the UI Files into a Rez File, so now you can't Edit them anymore the Old UI system is still all in there just not active anymore and yes you can get ban for Tampering with the files since its against their Terms now. Modhub tho is Officially no longer Compatible with NA Version.

This really sucks you know why? In CF China professional players like 70Kg plays with custom killmarks on his YT channel. I don't like how it's not allowed here.
