Cant Enter UK 2 - UK 3

When i join UK2 - UK3 it keeps saying server is full, ranked matches is in UK3 so i cant play ranked matches and join uk3 server , Video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0er9gVXFQcs&feature=youtu.be , ranked match wasnt full so i couldnt show u but its same like UK3 , I sent support ticket they told me they will fix it in the next update and they updated the game (5 days ago..) , So does anyone knows how to fix this problem ?

I personally do not know of any issues that might cause those, It seems I am the first time I'm seeing one is talking about this problem, I hope that one knows to solve this helps you
