I got perm banned

I got permanently banned and i have no idea why. I didn't play for months. came back, patched the game, tried to login in and it said "You are permanently banned." I tried my friends account and it said the same thing.
I went to my friends house, logged into my account just fine and was able to play the game.
I made a ticket about this a few days ago and never got a response.
Can anyone help me?

They don't ban for no reason. If you have been banned, then there was enough proof to ban you. Simple as.

Either submit a support ticket http://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Tickets/Submit and seek help that way//find out if the ban was for some other reason that can be rectified, or dont. But moaning on the forums will do nothing to help you.

You have been hardware banned, any account you try logging into from your banned computer will say that the account is perm banned when its not (only your computer is). You need to get your mac address and send in a support ticket, only they can help you.

Not likely to be an error but you might've hacked on an alternate and ended up getting a computer ban.

1. I don't cheat.
2. I can login to my account anywhere else just fine, but not at home.
It doesn't make any sense.

All you can do is contact the support. No one (even GMs) will be able to help you on the forums.
