Tried getting on my account and said its permanently blocked.
I sent a support ticket but they still wont resolve the issue. They just said violated the code of conduct. A while back my email got hacked and i had to change the password but dont know they went on my crossfire account or something. But i want my account back because it has all my zp items on it and i miss them. Whenever i get a reply on my ticket they wont tell me how i violated the conduct or what i did wrong. They should at least tell me what i did wrong instead of just being like sorry cant help you since you violated.
