Watch out You must stop this farce
Before I start describing my problem,
I would like first to express my disappointment over the rules and fairness in the Terms and Conditions of this game.
There is a lack in the rules which some people take advantage and do whatever they want.
Let me explain myself.
I had an account but unfortunately it got stolen
I sent support ticket with all my information
(every ign in a row, date of creation, email address, security question, etc..everything that they need to link this account to me).
They replied me back a couple of days if not a week and told me that this account has been flagged for sharing, selling, trading etc..
However I haven't ever given any details of my account anywhere except on z8games support tickets. So I sent a new ticket to z8games since the first one they closed it and told them I haven't ever shared my account, and that there must be a mistake.

What made you think that this is the real gm cinder n the first place? You all should know that a GM NEVER ASK FOR ID AND PASSWORD! all you can do is send a support ticket and try to get your account back! The gms are already aware of this fake profile. So please report this Facebook profile and tell your friends not to message this profile and never give out any info!!

I did this but he asked me for money to restore the account

We cannot provide any further assistance regarding the account in your request. We have previously given a final notice regarding this account or we have evidence that it has been shared, bought or sold.
According to our Terms and Conditions, players are fully responsible for their own account. Account sharing, trading, selling and buying is extremely prohibited and we will not provide any assistance for the account in question. In addition, we may take action (suspension, permanent closure, etc.) against this kind of activity and related accounts in accordance with the seriousness of the case.
We thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Why would you ever give login id away on facebook...? -

You messed up.
You gave your account details away.
That's it. There is no other answer. Learn from it, and don't do it again. -

I do not know that he deceived and I was very ignorant and I feel ashamed and I want to help restore my account I love this account and pay a lot of money in Please solve this problem -

Support are the only ones that can.
If you've asked them and they said no, the answer is no.
