Why you don't bann hackers ,even we report them no serious action !!

Yes ,Title says almost every thing
There is a lot of " obviously hackers " in the game ,i reported many of them like that hacker IGN : <removed>
he is wallhacker i saw him many times in the game .. i saved reply and i watched it
he is 100% wallhack and i report him with " hacking report ticket " ...

but GM take NO ACTION to any of hackers i reported with evidences even they LEVEL UP !!
This is so unfair and the game becomes so lame cuz of these hackers plus u take no action against this -_- !!

If it was obvious then they will take appropriate action, but they have to look at multiple things. What if he heard you, or randomly checked? Just because you think they're hacking doesn't mean they are. And just so you know hack reports don't receive responses due to their policy, but all reports do get looked at.

OT: As dave said, if he was hacking, he will be dealt with. If he wasnt then he wont. Simple as.
