Multiple people being BLOCKED. HELP US.

I've been banned on all my accounts after installing the latest patch a week ago and got multiple ticket responses of the same automated response that "You are not blocked".

Looks like a lot of people are complaining about this issue. However, all the moderators and other players appear to be doing is closing these threads and accusing us of cheating.

We're not stupid. If we were blatantly cheating we'd accept it and move on. I've spent over $350 on this game so why would I risk getting perm ban for hacking? Lots of people in the same boat but nothing is being done except we're being accused. Grow up. Tried a clean install and resetting the files in my documents to no avail.

There's no other logical reason so I fail to believe that's true as the only error was giving actual perm bans on accounts after a fresh install of cf.

If the GMs said "you are not blocked", then you're not. It does seem like a MAC ban tho. Try logging in using another computer device?

Perm banned? They did this to me and banned me and accused of hacking... i spent over $800 and wouldnt wana waste it

I've got this problem too. I hadn't played for like 10 months on any account and I've been living in Australia for 8 months - logged on fine over there but couldn't play because lag was too high. I come back and all of a sudden I'm blocked on two accounts on this PC. Weird. Support ticket sent over a week ago, haven't heard anything yet. Don't understand it.

all hackers say the same thing when they get busted . I did not hack. I don't cheat. I spend money. sure you spent money, Maybe you spent it on hack files. Support tickets will get reviewed in time, GMs are always working hard and players bashed them if they don't respond to there ticket right away. They view 100s of tickets a day. So wait your turn. If your not a hacker, don't worry about it. If you did, bye bye account., Move on. this is just an observation.

Some people have been perm banned falsely, wouldn't you act the same way? Cause I definitely know that I would.

its a bug am having the same issue too
i have fios 100/100 speed so it isn't connection issue
i deleted all file and programs that i installed since last time i played the game still no change
i reinstalled the game n still the same
the only way for me to play the game is if i login using my friend computer
customer support said my account isn't banned

Guys heres the issue with whats going on...
People are getting MAC banned, some of them may have been cheating or what ever.
There is also a known bypass to the ban which allows you to change your MAC to anything you wanted.
Could legit players be getting blocked? Yes they could be.
XTrap has been known for banning legit players in the past, just because someone gets banned doesn't mean they cheated.
