Egyptian GM
Good Evening GM.
your game is so good and i love it alot and all Egyptian Love it to but i know that is not Mine but i see all GMS are Euro and American and England and did not see GM Egyptian Knowing that most of the Players Are Arabs and they have a very very very good IDEAS for New Modes and New Weapons Arts so if you make GM Egyptian he will be able to Communicate with them and say To You they ideas because alot of Arab And specifically Egyptians They can not speak English well They can not deliver their ideas in English because they are ignorant semi-English speaking and so they can not say to you them problems in game and well hate the game and the players will still come down
I am Egyptian, and I tell you these words on behalf of my Egyptian friends and the suffering they are going through

A GM does not work from his home, they work at Smilegate West's office located in Toronto , Canada. Only way one can become a GM is to go through the appropriate recruiting channels and then whenever they're hiring sometimes they'll need someone speaking english + another language.

what Dave said. If there is to be an Egyptian GM they'll have to qualify for whatever GM position opens up and be willing to live in Toronto, Canada in order to take the job as a GM. So chances are an Egyptian GM is low. But really this is CF:NA/UK so like English is the official language of this version and these forums. Best to improve their English abilities for better communication which will increase the chances of their suggestions being understood and more likely implemented. (and also less confusion on their support tickets then too)
Overall it wouldn't be a bad idea to find someone to fill a GM role who can communicate with that portion of the player base more easily...just don't see it as being a likely thing and it'd probably only happen if a current GM were to quit as I doubt they'll be hiring a new person on top of their current team. Rather see that money go into upgrading the servers and taking care of bugs personally anyways.
And not just Arab players hate the coupon guns. Lots of people do. Can't please everyone with them...but honestly they aren't THAT bad either. Just not what people wanted to see with their entitlement of gimme gimme so they QQ. -
Currently we have an English speaking forum. If they added a staff member to cater to one region they would need to make a new forum or sub section. How would everyone feel about that? Just because you think you spend a lot of money doesn't mean you do.
Until the gms print a top 100 list none of us KNOW where the most money is spent. -

Wrong? If there is any racism it gets dealt with (if we are made aware of it) I've actually infracted FAR more people for racism against Middle Eastern players than "western players", so I'd be very interested to see your facts to back up your statement there, either publicly or privately will do fine.
That being said, once we've infracted, we edit out most things before they get seen by too many people...so it could mean that you don't see it because of how effective we are at moderating, and you see the two/three that slip through the net (because sadly we're only human after all) - but feel free to forward me links to anything you see, and you can be sure that I'll clean it up as necessary. -
the BS with this one is strong. I've seen many of both sides get their own infractions to the point of temporary Bans for saying stupid crap that is sometimes true but none the less breaks established rules of the forum/community. As for racism in this thread. I'd say there's some things pushing the line of blatant racism. But then when you look in game and see Egy/ME players constantly kicking NA/UK players for no possible reason other than being NA/UK based or for having a VIP...or for you know...knowing how to play the game....that's the kind of thing that gets the hate thrown into the racist language. (should I also go into the insults constantly tossed out when you kill a lot of the ME players?) So....racism begets racism sadly. If you don't like that...then well communicate with the ME community and get them to stop a lot of that non-sense which brings about the 'Westerners' use of racism towards the ME community here. (while you're at it...can you teach a lot of them to use the ZM2 Defenses? like for realz.) -

I see the opposite.... What about the irony all times? I always see posts supporting racism and hatred and discrimination towards a country, and accusation egyptians that they using hak. -
