C4 underground

Does anyone know how to plan the C4 underground. I saw some players did it ( Search and Destroy mode ) and there are no ways for GR to defuse the bomb.
How is it possible ?
Thats abusing a bug/glitching, if caught and reported you can get banned for it. Next time make sure that you send in a hack report.
