Freedom of private property
Before I start describing my problem,
I would like first to express my disappointment over the rules and fairness in the Terms and Conditions of this game.
There is a lack in the rules which some people take advantage and do whatever they want.
Let me explain myself.
I had an account but unfortunately it got stolen
I sent support ticket with all my information
(every ign in a row, date of creation, email address, security question, etc..everything that they need to link this account to me).
They replied me back a couple of days if not a week and told me that this account has been flagged for sharing, selling, trading etc..
However I haven't ever given any details of my account anywhere except on z8games support tickets.
So I sent a new ticket to z8games since the first one they closed it and told them I haven't ever shared my account
and that there must be a mistake.
To my surprise I searched on google for this response with a hope to find anything
I found on some forums topics in which the hackers-scammers (who are stealing accounts) were saying methods of flagging accounts
(sending support tickets saying that: I shared my account with my classmate,
he changed email address and he won't give it back to me and help me get it back, bla bla bla..)
so they (scammers) could keep the account which they stole and the owners would not do anything.

And this is what happened to me.
The hacker who stole my account sent a support ticket, z8 games flagged my account and so I couldn't get my account back.
This is not a proper way to assist your clients and players
Z8games must acknowledge these tricks and have solution for this.
I'm not the only one who has this issue.
I've sent like 3-4 support tickets and they send back an auto-reply,
they don't even look at my information!
What else to do? I have provided everything they need, every tiny information
but they just close the ticket.
Please respect mine and anyone else virtual property because we have spent money on our accounts.
Accounts were STOLEN from us not shared, there is a difference.
We have legal rights and you can't just ignore them
Yes we take responsibility for our accounts and so we HAVE NOT shared ANY info with anyone
however the accounts got STOLEN.
We are not responsible for malwares which attack our computers from ads and other programs.
You must know that not only our crossfire accounts were hacked but also
emails, facebook, and many other accounts.
Fortunately we DID recovered them because their policy allowed us since we were the real owners.
But in crossfire we DID NOT.
Crossfire support must be fair and respect every person by checking their ticket carefully.
We have spent thousand of hours and money in this game and therefore we respect the game
and we do not have any intention to break any rules of Terms and Conditions of this game and get banned.

Unfortunately after further investigation of your account, We cannot provide any further assistance regarding the account in your request. We have previously given a final notice regarding this account or we have evidence that it has been shared, bought or sold.
According to our Terms and Conditions, players are fully responsible for their own account. Account sharing, trading, selling and buying is extremely prohibited and we will not provide any assistance for the account in question. In addition, we may take action (suspension, permanent closure, etc.) against this kind of activity and related accounts in accordance with the seriousness of the case.
We thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
