Top 10 prize (admin pls take attention)

If I have more than two accounts in TOP10

Can I decide to give the prize to a player that is not inside the TOP10?

Or can I give it to another player that is within the TOP10?

.
And, spending ZP that has been purchased before this event would count?

My friend's account spend literally only a little bit less than me, but some of his ZP was already purchased before this event.
And he is not in the TOP10.

Sorry for posting about ZP issue again, but some one replied me with a NO IT DOESNT then the same person replied with YES IT COUNT later on.
So please if admin could provide me a definite answer!

Or maybe my friend account is bugged because he spent all his PREVIOUS OWNED ZP first, then starting purchase and spent again during the event.
Reason I say so is because I don't believe there are so many people spent such exactly amount that JUST FIT in between me and my mate.

I asked in support ticket, I was asking does it count when a player uses ZP that was purchased before this event.
Then they reply me
"As this event is still running, the currenlt list is subject to change until the end date."
..I mean they just didn't answer me what I was asking for...
