This is completely bs like wtf? I get ban for no reason and the reason you guys put as for blocking me was that I use cheats when I didn't.And when I sent ticket,you guys reply to me with the same old computer response.Like do you even take your time to dig in and find why players might have gotten ban for? I had absolutely no cheating program on and yet I just get blocked permanently.like this is rediculous.I logged on in the morning and it was perfectly fine and then later on during the day I get that message saying I am blocked.Im pretty sure others are getting the same problems since I seen couple threads with same issues.This is really getting me mad being the fact that I didn't use any hacks and I'm permanent block and the excuse being that I used hack.Like I have no illegal program.all I had open was steam and razer cortex.

Unfortunately, the forums won't help your situation. If you have more questions, you could try your luck and see if support can still help you, but if they gave you a final answer, then they won't help you.

Really? Like the time XTrap banned for Windows XP and everyone even support said it was for hacking until people started testing it and it then was found that Windows XP Service pack 3 internet language pack was what was causing the random ban... You can't say that without knowing and from what a lot of people are saying they are randomly getting perm bans after reinstalling CF on ALL ACCOUNTS (but can login to same accounts on different PCs) which is a hardware ban and not the account being banned.

Really? Z8 realized that the issue was with Windows XP and they RETURNED HSR and UNBANNED ALL the players that have had a clean history before the issues with Windows XP.

The players that have been banned before had to serve the ban time, because of their history. So to answer your question, yes, really.

The company won't just listen to a bunch of people saying we got banned for no reason, that can easily be manipulated. They have to investigate and act accordingly.

I don't think they have done that.to u I might look like I'm lying but I really didn't hack believe it or not.I don't see how they are investigating anything.i am permanently blocked for nothing.Where is the investigation? All I hear is the same old message when I sent my support ticket and you talking about them investigating?

Your saying it like it's nothing because your not in the same situation as us. YOU don't understand how frustrating it is to be permanently blocked and myself knowing that I DIDNT DO anything illegal. You say the company won't just listen to us and I have to listen when I get ban for no reason?

Z8 bans me without any proof and my arguments is not believable.This just shows that z8 can ban me whenever they want and I can't do anything about it.Whats the need for support ticket then?Like seriously I can show you my laptop and let you try to find anything,search as much as you want.

They don't ban for no reason. If you have been banned, then there was enough proof to ban you. Simple as.

Either submit a support ticket and seek help that way//find out if the ban was for some other reason that can be rectified, or dont. But moaning on the forums will do nothing to help you.
