Freedom of private property
Before I start describing my problem,
I would like first to express my disappointment over the rules and fairness in the Terms and Conditions of this game.
There is a lack in the rules which some people take advantage and do whatever they want.
Let me explain myself.
I had an account but unfortunately it got stolen
I sent support ticket with all my information
(every ign in a row, date of creation, email address, security question, etc..everything that they need to link this account to me).
They replied me back a couple of days if not a week and told me that this account has been flagged for sharing, selling, trading etc..
However I haven't ever given any details of my account anywhere except on z8games support tickets.
So I sent a new ticket to z8games since the first one they closed it and told them I haven't ever shared my account
and that there must be a mistake.
To my surprise I searched on google for this response with a hope to find anything
I found on some forums topics in which the hackers-scammers (who are stealing accounts) were saying methods of flagging accounts
(sending support tickets saying that: I shared my account with my classmate,
he changed email address and he won't give it back to me and help me get it back, bla bla bla..)
so they (scammers) could keep the account which they stole and the owners would not do anything.

And this is what happened to me.
The hacker who stole my account sent a support ticket, z8 games flagged my account and so I couldn't get my account back.
This is not a proper way to assist your clients and players
Z8games must acknowledge these tricks and have solution for this.
I'm not the only one who has this issue.
I've sent like 3-4 support tickets and they send back an auto-reply,
they don't even look at my information!
What else to do? I have provided everything they need, every tiny information
but they just close the ticket.
Please respect mine and anyone else virtual property because we have spent money on our accounts.
Accounts were STOLEN from us not shared, there is a difference.
We have legal rights and you can't just ignore them
Yes we take responsibility for our accounts and so we HAVE NOT shared ANY info with anyone
however the accounts got STOLEN.
We are not responsible for malwares which attack our computers from ads and other programs.
You must know that not only our crossfire accounts were hacked but also
emails, facebook, and many other accounts.
Fortunately we DID recovered them because their policy allowed us since we were the real owners.
But in crossfire we DID NOT.
Crossfire support must be fair and respect every person by checking their ticket carefully.
We have spent thousand of hours and money in this game and therefore we respect the game
and we do not have any intention to break any rules of Terms and Conditions of this game and get banned.

Nobody here on the forums can help you. You have to send a ticket through the support system to recover an account, and if it is flagged then there is nothing that can be done to recover it. Also, please do not post links that redirect to sites where scammers are hanging around.

I just wanted to show you what I mean exactly.
The thing is that when I send support ticket they reply with an auto-message
and just close the ticket. I do not know what else to do
They don't look that the information I provide but they just close it.
I swear I have NOT EVER shared my account with anybody.
Z8games flagged the account because the scammer who stole my account
tricked them (because there are ways to do that).
I just need them to look carefully at my info and decide rightfully
not just to send an auto- reply and close my ticket every time.

Tickets are checked, and yes they are looked at. We don't have automatic messaging systems, so someone real has checked your tickets. If its flagged, they have a good reason it was flagged. -

I'm sorry, you must have misunderstood me.
With ''us'' I mean me and other people who I found here in the forum
that they have the same problem.
I don't know if it's an auto - message or not but they keep sending back the same message.
The other thing is that their reason is fault and that's what I'm telling you.
They should check more carefully the info I have provided and I'm sure that
the evidence I have provided them is enough to link the account to me.
But they think that the account was shared so they ignore me and every
other real owner who tries to retrieve his account.
The real reason is that the account was flagged for sharing because
of the hacker who did it by lying to z8games and not because it was SHARED.
This is the truth.
Please help us. -

Could anyone help me to process the ticket of flagged account?? -
There is a few of us, mine was due to keylogged, I mean you guys should really look at the tickets the person sent to get our accounts flagged in the first place most of them just make any excuse but on the ticket itself provide no account information other then the login and current registered email.with that being said that's how you know the account wasn't "Shared" as the actual owner should have all of the account information.

I hope you can understand that I am in it and give me one chance and restore the account -

The account doesn't belong to you, it's smilegates. They can do whatever they want to do with it and you agreed to that when you signed up. I also cannot look at your transactions and I'll take your word for it, but that still doesn't entitle you receive your account back. -

So now what, just leave it? You have to take me more seriously.

is our company's account not yours. Are you kidding me?
I'm not trying to be annoying here , just want to get my account back.
I'm sure that if you had the same situation you would do the same if not more.
There is evidence that this is my account. Im the ONLY ONE who can provide
all this information. NO ONE ELSE have all this evidence.
I'm saying it again the scammer did make z8 to flag my account it was NOT actually shared.
Please just have a little patience and help me.

I hope that helps to restore the account, because I paid a lot of money and amplitudes and hope you understand my problem well and thanks to you -
This also happened to me, I couldn't find out any solution regarding to this. Hope one day z8games will recognize this and fix the problem, then we could recover our account.
Why is there no solution to this problem I am very angry at this decision -
Just make a new account I had to start from scratch too.
So now what, just leave it? You have to take me more seriously.
