crossfire error
Hello there,
I have been getting this message : Your account has been permanently blocked, every time I try to log in from my pc.
The weird thing is that whatever I type anything randomly like username fskfjsk and password fkajfksa I still get the same message lol
My brother also when he tries to log in on his account from this computer he gets the same message.
I tried to log in from a different computer and it worked well so I didn't get ban because obviously there was no reason since I don't hack lol
My brother sent a support ticket reporting the bug and they z8 replied:

We would like to thank you for reporting this issue. We have forwarded all the information to our developers and they will start an investigation. While we cannot estimate when the issue will be completely resolved, we certainly hope it will be resolved soon.
We thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

So now what? wait until it gets resolved? this could take months omg
