Idk how do i start this but it literally takes about 30sec of your time to read the support ticket. I've sent multiple tickets about a week ago and it hit me up with a same old computer replying. We make threads here to at-least have knowledge on what is actually causing the issue saying that "Your account has been permanently blocked" which i am sure that i wasn't running any cheats, but you gms or mods either delete it or close it due to ha.cksuations and you tell us to send a support ticket, and when we forward you guys with our tickets its always computer replying as usual and it takes you guys about about a week or 2 to even do that. Busy grabbing all the moneys, ain't nobody got time for shiity players.

sorry for my poor choice of words but sadly its true, gm input on this issue would be greatly appreciated ty. please dont ignore if you read this thread as i am not the only one having this problem.
If it's taking that long they're most likely clogged with tickets, give them some time and you'll get a response. -
been a week yet no words from support tickets neither here, i honestly don"t know whats gm job rather posting threads about zp, i mean there is a possibility that gms lurk here yet they blatantly ignore the fact that we want a help or at least a word for this idiotic ban thing. I am pretty sure their excuse is gonna be like we only work "monday to friday". while it"s been a week and half already.
If anybody is experiencing the same problem as i am and found out a way to fix it hmu . -

There are certain issues in tickets that require more of an investigation than would be viable should we respond to tickets right away. If you want support staff to send you a response right away, your response would probably be along the lines of 'no you're not getting the issue solved'. If you are patient, and can wait until we get this figured out, then they will have an answer for you. And to answer your question about what a GM's job is, it ranges anywhere from patches, making sure things are working, forum moderation (thankfully our mods help on this front), hack reports, event planning, event announcements, other forum announcements, writing reports on various things, and those are just some of the things we do for our very busy job.
So please, be patient with us. We are human, too.
