Account got hacked and the support cant help ._.
So basicly my pc got keylogged because i downloaded an ad by mistake and got my pc malwared...after I cleaned it i found all my email pw changed so i recovered my yahoo and got facebook-youtube-twitter-steam-lol accounts back easily enough and when i got to cf they asked me for infos i dont have and i can easily prove that this is my account lol
I have the first email registered and the first ingame name and screenshots from early account stages on 2013 I just dont have the zp transactions id and stuff because they never told me that i need to save them! they never emailed these codes to me or told me i would need them in the future! I have the security Question and answer,When the account was created and all the other stuff except the ZP transactions and the current email address because its simply got hacked and changed! and when I send a ticket they require them so i typer unkown and got an automatic reply and they didnt even look at the descreption and what i said! poor support service tho...So whenever i will send them a ticket they will reply the same and i will never get my account back! so is there any way to talk directly to someone who can read what i typed?! So I can give them all what i have that easily prove that the account is mine I even got my paypal hacked and i have 0 balance now and contacted their support and they never could help so did i just lose my money and my cf account for ever?
If anybody knows how to help please reply i need ur help :'(

Oh yeah i forgot to put this in:
They replies to me saying that some of the entered information is incorrect (the zp transaction and the current email address) so they closed the ticket and want me to send another one with the right info Yeah they supported me very well! -
I'll forward it to see if they can help you! Sometimes it's a really stressful and busy day and the guys on the support center have to follow the rules. If something is missing or it's not the correct info, they have to tell you. Don't be too mad with them
