Screen resolution Issue

Does anyone know what to do when the game resolution is cut by more than half, unable to see the bottom and right side of the game? I can't click option or change anything ingame because of it. I tried reinstalling, still same issue.

Your default resolution and in-game resolution is the same? This could be because of the windowed mode and the game resolution being set a lot higher than the desktop resolution.
