Hello guys,
Before I start telling my problem, I would like first to express my disappointment over the rules and fairness in the Terms and Conditions of this game.
There is a lack in the rules which some people take advantage and do whatever they want.
Let me explain myself.
I had an account, a good one (brigadier general) which I was playing on it for over 2 years, unfortunately it got stolen from me 4 years ago.
(you may wonder what took me so long to post this?..I was younger and busy with school..
I didn't know and couldn't do anything.. I was just a kid. However now that I'm older I still can't do anything.)
so..back then, I sent support ticket with all my information (every ign in a row, date of creation, email address, security question, etc..everything that they need to link this account to me).
They replied me back after 3-4 days (it was not weekend) and told me that this account has been flagged for sharing...etc..
When I saw this reply I was so surprised.. I was like what do they even mean by this? I thought it was some kind of a joke literally...I couldn't believe it..
I haven't ever given any details of my account anywhere except on z8games support tickets.
So I sent a new ticket to z8games since the first one they closed it and told them I haven't ever shared my account and that there must be a mistake.
To my surprise I searched on google for this response with a hope to find anything until z8games reply me back again.
I found on some forums topics in which the hackers-scammers (who are stealing accounts) were saying methods of flagging accounts
(sending support tickets saying that: I shared my account with my classmate, he changed email address and he won't give it back to me and help me get it back, bla bla bla..)
so they (scammers) could keep the account which they stole and the owners would not do anything. (I won't post the links of those topics because I don't know if it's allowed)
And this is what happened to me too. The hacker who stole my account sent a support ticket, z8 games flagged my account so I couldn't get my account back.
Is this fairness? Z8games must acknowledge these tricks and have solution for this problem. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this issue.
I sent like 3-4 support tickets and they all replied me the same.
What else can I do? I have provided everything they need.
If you guys have any suggestion I would love to hear.
Please spread the word and help.

The real question is what did you do to lose access in the first place?

That's where all this started. That's when it went wrong for you.

If your account has been flagged as account sharing then you can't really do anything about that since it is against the rules.

Nobody on the forums can help you with this issue. The only place where you can get your account back is Support. If they give you a final answer of not giving your account because of account sharing then you won't get your account back no matter what. The best thing you can do is create a new account and start again.

- [mod]NattNatt , as I remember I was searching on youtube for a way to increase fps.
I saw a couple of videos, downloaded the programs and I guess one of them had a virus.

- abel95 , I hope you read the whole post. It was flagged because the scammer did it, not because I was sharing it.
I don't know if you can feel me or understand me, and obviously you don't have to.. but starting from zero is very difficult and there's no motivation for it.
It's like they stole one of your personal things, a piece from your stuff, a precious one. You want that and only that, you don't want a new one.

But you need to look at it on our side. How do we know that you are telling the truth? And where is the evidence to support your claims? Anyone can make-up a story here and many of us have always heard the same story when a account gets banned. For example;

1) My brother was playing on my account, he was using hack and that's why I got banned.
2) Some scammer from another country played on my account and now it's flagged.
3) I didn't use any programs yet I got banned for hacking? Why?

I can go on all day with this if I wanted to do.

Most probably a keylogger, not a virus. This is why you should never download something that is from an unverified source.

That's where you went wrong.

You can go all day with similar stories, yes I agree with you.
However, telling the truth can be seen from the information I have provided z8games, which obviously I can't post them here.
Stories cant be made when you know 1) all the in game names of the account in row ( 1st this name, 2nd this .. etc) which are more than seven names,
2) all the passwords of the account. with the last one that you had before it was stolen,
3) having over 140 screenshots from sergeant first till I was brigadier general and much more evidence.
There is evidence that I'm telling the truth. the real deal here is that z8games just ignore it and tells me that the account has been flagged for sharing.

How can I possibly know that it was a keylogger?
How could I determine that this was gamebooster and not a keylogger?
I know it may sound like excuses but thats what happened and I got unlucky.
People have been hacked and got stolen too, some of them got lucky and got their account back
however some people like me never did for the reason I'm telling at my first post.
There is a lack in the rules. z8games can be easily fooled and flag any account for sharing.
(Is it possible to post the links of the topics that I found here? I just want to show you what I mean.)

This happened to me before also due to getting keylogged unfortunately, I had to just start over since nothing could be done.

But the fault is with you still.

It is not a fault of Z8. You downloaded the program. You let it run. It is YOUR responsibility to look after your account. Sadly nothing can be done, make a new account and learn from the mistake.

Yes MINE responsibility you are right, but whats the meaning of sending support ticket. I mean there is no need to have game support right? so why even bother?
The account was stolen also one time before but thank god I got it, however the second time which I was describing at the post I didn't, because of z8games rules.
I'm not saying that it is z8games' fault but their rules make it impossible to retrieve it.
Be a little helpful, yes I made a mistake but this is not the kind of punishment that anybody can get for a little mistake.
2 years of playing, thousands of hours if not more which were spent are gone.
And now you are telling me just to make a new account and learn from the mistake?
This is not fair. When you have all the evidence which proves that this is your account. why not give it back?
I mean what in earth is this? And no I cannot just forget it move on and make a new account, there is no logic in this.
I cannot accept that, you cannot just flag an account because a hacker told (fooled) you and then send an automatic response
every time the real owner tries to contact z8games. They don't even look at the evidence I'm sending. Just sending an auto reply
