Not sure of the episode number or the name, but when hinata gets taken out by pein and Naruto has a nice ship moment with her is one of my favorites.

I'm also not sure the exact episode but definitively on of the sickest battle was when Madara was totally destroying the shinobi alliance at himself in the beginning of the 4th shinobi war.
