Sent support ticket!

hello,

I can not see the reason why every time i send a ticket i get the same response even if the ticket is regarding a different matter. its basically saying: go **** youself.
for eight months am sending tickets!, sometimes feeling sick of it. I honestly tried to protect my virtual property and did not expose any info relating to it to any body, i cant see how it makes sense to ban me. good people getting banned for absolutely nothing compared to those billions of bad ones who are roaming around and trying to ruin the game in many such ways.
I cannot understandt how you cannot differentiate between a joke and a lie and just taking actions based on absolute basic sayings.

I did protect my virtual property and in the end this is what has happened. honestly i dont know what to say.

If you have proof that you got banned for no reason then please send in a support ticket with the evidence attached. I very doubt that you got banned for nothing and if you break the rules, then you will get banned. Just don't break the rules in the future and you won't get banned. Simple as.

what do you mean but if i have a proof, what is the kind of proof needed in this case? , thats basically all i need to know, can't think of any proof possible but screen shots or recorded vids, are there other types of proof, it there are, speak free.

I don't know what joke you and your friends were playing, but if you have screenshots of it proving it was a joke, then send them to the support. Other than that, the support only sees what was reported.

I briefly explained that it was a private server in which i met these guys, we were having fun playing and it turned to a kind of a party, everyone switching weapons on bl and gr, our team staying/camping at base and sniping the other team it was very fun. and then the chat drove us to weapons the most colorful ones of them, powerful ones, etc, and i went like and bragged on how sick were the weps I had, and jokingly said with weps like the ones i have you should buy my account, who wanna buy my account?!! xD , they took me down out of my boast and told me they had better newer weps than mine, we laughed about it and then i took ace. match ended and thats it. we were playing in spain btw.

Private servers are definitely not supported, since you decided to hop on one you have no one to blame but yourself.

by private server i meant private rooms with passwords

Illegal/un-licensed versions of CrossFire. Most private servers contain key loggers.

If you're telling the truth, I wish you luck getting your account back. But nothing can be done here on the forum (take it up with the support again) and discussing bans is against the forum rules, so I'll close this thread too.
