Dear ModMoe,

I was wondering about the previous ban to my account, the one due to harrassment, as far as my concern goes, I remember that i was the one who got insulted and kicked out of the room.
the user who reportd me could ve photoshopped the chat that he gave you as evidence, I mean did you put that into consideration?

If you have evidence to support your claim, then send in a support ticket with the evidence attached. Otherwise, your ban will stay on your account and nothing can be done to changed that.

The support also bans for screenshot abuse, if proven.

I've found three users who definitely werent so friendly as a start, and not to break anyones privacy policy am giving three igns of three users back at that time when they reported me, who might ve done screenshot abuse to get me that ban. if it is any of these, please report to me that it is and do not include who did it in reply. I have screen shots on them, and a screen shot for two other users who are scamming.

They cannot tell you who reported you nor show you the screenshot due to their privacy policy. And if you have screenshots of anyone harassing/insulting or scamming send them in! http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
