This means that you've supplied them with the correct amount of information and that you verified that this indeed is your account.
Now you must supply them with an email that ends with ".com" inorder to get your account back. -

Just wait for it and give them the info they ask for.hey GM, I've clearly been into this same case, and i was not asked to provide information to verify my ownership to the account in question.
I have all the required info and even transaction bills.
Its a case by case scenario.
