Hello. My account stolen and they used hack with my account then get permanently banned my account! İ am send ticket to GM but he said you get permanently banned. He dont help me ? What are I do for this problem? My account hacked then banned! İ spent very very money in my account. Please help me!

Don't know if you're telling the truth but your account is gone! Forever! It caught a heavy right hook by the ban hammer !!

Yes i swear my aacount stolen! My account stolen in May and they watch the logs!

Nothing here can be done about your account, if you received a response with your support ticket then that seems as if that was the final word regarding your "stolen account". Next time take better care of your account, it doesn't get "stolen" out of nowhere.

I'm sorry for your loss but Dave is right. Accounts don't just get "stolen". Could have been anything from simply logging on in a public place to downloading a zp hack ( note these don't work and often result in the loss of your account)

If the support system has given a final answer that is all there is too it I'm afraid.
