Trust me they're aware of the situation and they're working on it. They get a lot of tickets on a daily basis and it takes time to go through the replay.

They're working on it, they don't need players crying on the forum every day, it won't make it faster.

They should be put on the spot, cheaters cheat get away with it and you can't even call them out on it cause everyone trys to hush it up.. Z8Games should start a ban list and put cheaters on the spotlight, Those who do get banned for issues with xtrap or whatever can just send a ticket in and get their name removed from the list. That is how i would do it, That Privacy crap is nothing but crap, report people they lose honorable give it a week or two you will see the same account running around again. That's the reason they don't want people knowing who was banned for cheating.

Like the old ban list back then, but now due to their privacy policy they can't do that.
