GM help me please.
there is a problem from about two month, every i join to room i see this message (Failed to connect to hot server), so i charge at my account with more than 700 $ and i have 11 VIP so i can not be away from crossfire more than one second, so from this time i will to be find solution to this message (failed to connect to host server), note all players from my country (Egypt) they show for him the message too.
every player that have the same problem has used the VPN to fix this problem to can play crossfire but 80% od the players used the VPN was used it because they are charging at it's account such as me.
but some of players that using the VPN to fix the problem was gets permanent ban and me one of them, we do not know the VPN is illegal and may be get our account the permanent ban, i do not mean do any thing not allow with game terms and game polices, i do not know the VPN (proxy) may get for me permanent ban and z8games support did not to help me and it replay to me the same replay that it say to me at any ticket i send it to he support and this is the replay of the support

VPN is against the rules. If they caught you using it, you will be permanently banned.

Support has already gave you their final answer so there is nothing you can do to get your account back.

Some of the MOD's and GM's replied to your COUNTLESS messages you spammed to tell you.

And you STILL make a thread asking the same thing?

If support said no, it's a no. End of discussion. Make a new account or quit. You WILL NOT get your old account back.
