Permanent Ban

Hai, So lets start, This topic isn't for drama or such things, I just need to know if it possible to get my account again.
Well, to the people who will reply with "submit a ticket" actually I did, but it seems like I'm talking with "Bots" everytime I get the same massege and the same words, they talking to me like I killed someone and they don't even want to give me a first chance, I was playing Crossfire for almost 2 years, I had great time, and it was enjoyable, and I got banned not for using kind of hack the first ban was cuz of lag, login in and out every 3-4 mins, but we still didn't care about this cuz the ban was for some mins, but yeah, after 1 and half year I used hack (I know it was my problem) but The first time I get for using hack it was permanet ban, when I saw this I was like "Wtf" I started to send some tickets but like I said above, I spend money in this account, and I have good weapons as you can see here > http://crossfire.z8games.com/profile/18702606 I just want to say that people deserve a chance to fix what they done, and you wont lose anything if u give me a chance, I promise you that I wont use any kind of cheat, my last words, maybe this topic will end by 1 post like "no ty" but like I said above I won't disappoint you, Perm ban in first time is totally unfair, also I got this ban 3 months ago and I still care about this awesome game.

You know whats more unfair than getting a permanent ban for your first offense? Hacking against legit players that are trying to have a good time.
You deserved it, make a new account and try to go the legit way or quit.

It totally is fair that you got permanently banned for hacking. This is a major problem within the game and if you continue I'd hope that Z8 sticks to their guns and Mech bans you as well. If you really have turned over a new leaf then make a new account and keep playing, but your strawman defense of "it was only one time", and "I won't do it again" is weak to say the least. You made a choice now be a big boy and live with the consequences.

Well, I respect you, to let you know "I didn't even played with it, after some sec I got the ban", And you said to make a new account, so why you don't give me a chance on my main account, what you will win if I play in new account and lose all my money?

but this consequences is fixable, You won't win anything if I made new one, it will be boring, since I was using good weapons and now you want me to use other weapons.

When you created the account, you accepted the FAQ/Rules.

You can get permanent ban for hacking. Like you did, you got punished.

There is no way to get a second chance. Legit players want to enjoy the game, but they can't because of the hackers.

This will be hard, but there are 0 ways to get your account back.

There is no such thing like a second chance etc.

1. If you hacked, and I report you 5 months later, you still get the ban.
2. You don't get a chance on your main account. that's how it works. Yeah you can make a new account, that's up to you.


Again, there is nothing you can do then move on.

That's not how ''everyone making mistakes works''

Some case you can get a second chance, and some cases like criminal activitys etc can lead to a lifetime in prison.
This is a game, ok. But the rules are clear. Don't hack or you can get a permanent ban. He did choose his way self. No one that can help.

These things will make the players leave the game and I think if the account will be unblocked he will charge ZP,and if his account wont be unblocked he wont create new account because
he tired in this account and he wont create a new account.

Lmaoo are you kidding me? You know what makes players leave the game? Hackers.
