Weapon Set to the Ribbon Reward

Very players are complaining about the reward ribbons aren't all permanents, so why not put a Weapon Set just to the ribbon reward, like Pink Crystal, I wanted that Shovel Red-Dragon perm in 40 ribbons too, but I think just a set to ribbons rewards would be great.
