Questionable Banning System

So as my previous thread entailed, i was permanently banned from crossfire on my one and only account of which i spent countless amounts of money on and none refundable years playing. After submitting a ticket to Z8games about how i was unfairly banned and that i actually had no idea what the reason was. However i have received a response from crossfire saying that they had found game altering software during my time playing crossfire, of which i completely denied as would everyone regardless of whether they were or werent. So long story short im basically permenantsly banned from a game that i have played for 7 years, and during that time i have never used "game altering software" but personally i think its because i was playing ranked matches, which is questionable considering 10 out of the top 10 current S&D ranked match ranks all hack and if you have ever played with them you would see that.

My support ticket was closed so i opened another one and basically wrote the following even though i know it will not actually help the matter, because even if what i am saying is true aslong as it doesnt have a major impact on the profit margins of z8games they wont care:

Hello, previously you closed the ticket when in my eyes it is not resolved at all, i have been an upstanding member of your fantastic game for a very long time (7 years) i am fully aware of the terms and conditions of the game, because of this i understand that people whom hack deserve the appropriate actions taken against them. However i do not fall into this category because although your systems had picked up that i was using game altering software, i was not and did not use any kind of hacking software.

I believe that the actions in which you have taken are not at all reasonable nor representative of the terms and conditions breach which i have allegedly committed. Even in the event of other people hacking; i on numerous occasions have heard people say they received 1 hour bans and 1 day bans. So i do not believe this punishment is at all proportionate.

I understand that you have a job to do in keeping the game a fun and enjoyable environment for the community of people who play crossfire, however i think you are pushing an avid crossfire user away from your platform because of injustice in the system automated banning.

Pat

Just want to know the probability of actually getting unbanned even though i know its close to nothing.

But the moral of the story is, don't get to good at a game because you will be banned for "hacking", i refuse to make another account after spending so much money and time on my previous one. But seriously don't waste your time getting to good because it will end in tears.
