I'm just a player - Arabic- discovered that most of the players in the Crossfire -Arabic-.
And no less than any role for the presence of 5 or 6 players -Arabic-

As has been said multiple times, there is no license for an Arabic/Middle Eastern server.

Find a games publishing company based in the Middle East and get them to try and get a license to host a server.

That's the only way it will happen.
