Perm Ban On First Ban

So as the title says i have received a perm ban on my main account even though it being my first time being banned. Now like everyone else that has ever been banned im going to plead completely insistent, before anyone says i am lying about this. My account is a high rank, vip weapons around $500 spent on it and a lot of perm BM weapons. So as you can imagine my reason for hacking would be pretty pointless and i have no reason to with a kdr of 1.7. My account is from 2009 and have never used hacks during my time playing this game.

Basically what im saying is that what reason would i have for hacking, also a permanent ban for no apparent reason and on my first time being banned?

what are the chances of my account getting unbanned from a perm ban, even though i know its very rare for a ban to be revoked.

accounts does not get banned just like that with no reason

perm bans as first ban are usually for charge back

send a ticket and see what they say ...good luck
