When I saw the update about hardware id bans, I got kind of happy for once. I thought you had done a good job. However, after noticing the fact that none of my reports even got read, I lost my hope again. You GMs got enough work already, I'm happy Kanadian and Grumpy reads our suggestions and replies.

Now to the points. You should hire a new team to check replays. Even mods? What are the mods going to do otherwise? I mean, Nattnatt can handle the whole forum himself.(Maybe not comp.) If reports don't even get read, what's the point of us reporting them? I provide obvious proof in most of my reports too. It's not like you need to watch them for a long time. However, you can't see no recoil in replays, which makes it impossible to report no recoilers. That's kind of sad, since most people use that kind of cheat, from what I've experienced in pubs. I don't want to tell you guys what to do, since it's your work. However, something has to be done right?

I dont understand why high ranks who cheat in ranked put themselves into a risk of getting banned just for a grenade reskin.
Anyway something needs to be done for the next ranked season. Td ranked is a disaster. I just stay in my spawn because if I go out 3 aimboters are waiting for me.

Yup, they need to improve the system.

I've sent my reports 3 months ago, and now after 3 months of waiting, they told me to resend them.

Let's hope they watch them this time

I hope that I will see players who constantly hack in ranked banned tommorow. Because as far as I know they all have been reported atleast 10 times by different players.

Yes? They don't always change the status but they read and deal with them all.
