Add CrossFire to your anti-virus and firewall exception list. Sometimes, your anti-virus and firewall might block the connection.

Also it is a bad idea to post your email here. However, do post your results after trying these solutions here.

What about your firewall? Or any background programs which may be conflicting with CrossFire? I think it be best to close any programs which you don't need or you don't use.

i close the firewall too but nothing happened

and i dont think i have any programs conflicting with the game.....i didnt setup it on driver C
