GMs are employees of SGW and forum mods are trusted, old & active members of the community. And as it's been said (in a pretty rude way though), you need to be fluent in English to be a mod too.
Accounts like these are usually troll accounts. Lol. -

Unfortunately we aren't currently looking for new MOD's, and we don't release employment info for GM's. That being said, being a GM is a full-time job that requires you to work at the office here, and from looking at your IP, "here" isn't where you are

Me for most infracted mod n1 jk, mods are chosen by most active, helpful, and respectful members of the forums, and longest time around, they used to have an applicaction thread for mod but it was removed. -

Yup you can apply starting at 14 posts with a minimum 2 GM friends. -

Some of the people here don't realize jessy was actually helping around for a bit, just because she didn't post doesn't mean anything tbh, I have quite a few friends who are ways looking at forums but never post. Only old Mods who passed probation are worthy here IMO, like Andrew, Vu, Natt.
The new ones were just sticking around with the new GMs, were super active on forums and this is how they got their title. Nothing that special.
Anyone else misses Dot? I loved how this guy was making everyone trying to oppose his opinion look dumb lol -
Some of the people here don't realize jessy was actually helping around for a bit, just because she didn't post doesn't mean anything tbh, I have quite a few friends who are ways looking at forums but never post. As for Jessy getting mod my opinion is irrelevant, Z8 Looks for what they think is best for them and this case jessy is considered best for them.
And for those who are going to say "oh suck up" when they see this post, I don't really care what you think, I don't always do things like this as several of you know I have my fair share of infractions currently active.

That is why I do not have a lot of post's. However just because I do not post on every thread made does not mean that I don't do anything. -

Lol I didn't even have probation.
Dot disappeared before I became MOD. Didn't get a chance to know him

I do remember him when I used to hop on forums very rarely but he was a GM posting in announcements.
