A solution to the biggest problem (Kick vote)

I want to buy vip or weapon or item when have it no one can kick me

It makes less time to vote from 15 sec to 7 sec

that is will be awesome ^_^
No problem with me about price !

its unfair for us :
to get kick from laggers or noobs because you didnt give him your weapon ,, or kill him

THIS. Which is why any proposed 'Fix' to the abuse of the kick voting system isn't going to work. It'll only hurt our abilities to kick actual hackers who enter into a match.
If you want a fix, then invest time into teaching the lamer side of the player base on what is actually a hack and what's just lag based bs. Then teach them not to be sore-losing wiener schnitzels and what not and maybe we'll actually see a fall in the 'abuse' of the vote kick system.

I understand the frustration but I don't want to have to pay to not get kicked XD. It would be pretty funny as they try to figure out why they cannot kick the ace though.

I don't usually play ranked matches, but I watched your stream earlier today and I see exactly what you're talking about.
