Headshot doesnt count as headshot!?

So here is the story...

I'm a Melee player (Axe) from UK.
I'm playing since 2010 Melee, and since the STAB got changed (how it looks like) I'm doing bunch of Headshot "Tanks" Which means... I'm hitting the head with a slash, And the dmg should be 100, But mostly, really mostly the dmg is 50,60,70 Headshot... this started 1-2 years ago ...

Also a problem I have with my Hitbox... I always die from a place where I have been 4 secs before...

Meaning you hit them in the neck lol. Destroy make a video of the difference lololol, it could also be head armour.

I know what he means:) But as I said im doing 100% Headshot, it sometimes works but many 60 headshots even 50 lol...

Sometimes when you think you hit the head, it counts as neck reg.

Yep, So i thought, but then I recorded my gameplay , and there i could even see it in slow motion that it was headshot

Well, I dont wanna push myself, but People call me the best axer:) , I'm Quiet famous in NA and UK. But anyway seems like only I have this problem..

"Famous" in knife mode xDDDDDDDDDDDD. Sorry but no. This game is based on ping. What you see is not what actually happens on the server. If you both don't have 1 ping.

I dont know If I can call it famous , as I said I dont wanna push my self... But well... yeah in Knife mode i count as famous, in 2 different servers:) , Even in Crossfire Europe they know me , and people wanted to pay me to train em up:) but lets get away from this , this is not the problem,

So what is this lol, People with higher ping are able to kill me with non tanks , but I do tank on them with 20 ping ?

It's actually harder with higher ping. Sure, you get some advantage sometimes, but the game feels laggy and in knife mode you need to move a lot. You see what I'm on about? With lower ping you've got more control over the game. As long as you don't have 5 fps. Try peeking a corner in snd or td versus a friend with 120+ ping. You will see him first and get to shoot first. If you miss though, he will see you and might even shoot you behind the wall since he saw you later. What I mean is, with low ping you get the first shot. If you miss they've got a little advantage.
When it comes to knife mode you have to realize they are lagging and their head might not actually be where you are pointing your crosshair. I'm 100% sure they've got just as much of a problem to kill you with higher ping though. You are most likely even teleporting on their screen by the way. Most people with higher ping move way less than people with lower ping. That's because of the control. If you want to counter them, go to the left or right side of them, since they will have problems with turning around.

That's about all I remember from my knifing days lol
