Look ive been waiting 5 days to make a chargeback payment i ialready made thesupport ticket WWQ-223-66040
do i just have to send the zp as a gift to the account cause this is really taking to damn long i sent the preoaid card KKoin via ticket... can you guys help??? A lot of rules change. When you get a chargeback ban, you need to send a support ticket and ask for the amount you are banned for. They will answer you and also tell you what options you have to pay it up.

If you already did all that and sent them the codes, all you need to do is wait.

Yeah just like what Mod Moe said. Send in a support ticket and you should get an answer within 1-2 business days.
