It doesn't matter which rank you are, or how much of money you did spent. The account is yours, and that means it's your responsibility to keep it safe.
It's also not recommended to play on a public place, this is to avoid those problems.
So even if the permanent ban is because of him, it's your fault.
Also, if the support says ''This is our final decision'' Then you can't do anything about it.
The only thing I can say, is to read the rules again. And move on.
