Ok last weak I woke up and found an email in my inbox says ou have requested that the email address associated with your Z8Games account to be updated from (I know the email but i'm not allowed to put it ) to (I know the email but i'm not allowed to put it )
And i didn't ask for it !!
he hacked my account and because the pw of my email is the same as my crossfire account he knew... I have many pictures that proof that it's my account....
anyway, I sent a ticket to cf but they ask for Account Creation Date and i remember that it's on 2013/8 but I don't know which day !!!

You have to give thsm as MUCH info as possible so they know you are the owner

Never reuse passwords.

Never share passwords.

Check your emails for the creation email - it sends one when you setup an account.

Submit a new ticket with as much as possible.
