Ayuda, necesito mejorar el FPS

Buenas, tengo problemas con mi fps, cuando undo tabulador en medio del juego me muestra 15 fps y un ping de 112 que en realidad el ping es bueno pero el fps es muy malo, deberia estar entre los 60 fps y 100 fps, tengo un procesador intel core 2 duo de 2.0 Ghz, 2mb de ram, y una tarjeta de video NVIDIA geforce 9400 de 1 gb, con estas caracteristicas no deberia tener problemas con mi FPS, el juego es 3d. ALGUIEN puede ayudarme. Gracias

your videocard is... still too slow

as i said in another post, my computer specs is:
OS: windows xp sp2
processor: QuadCore Intel Core 2 Quad Q9450
motherboard: MSI P35 Platinum
ram: 4 GB
videocard: ATI Radeon HD 4850 (512 MB)

with my system i got all the time ~120 fps. when are a lot of people (e.g. 8vs8 players) and a lot of grenade explosions, i got NO MORE LESS than 80 fps
my ping is like 160-165

all i want to say by enumerating my computer specs is that a better computer/hardware means more fps and playing better!
