What does it matter??? This is the only proof that the player got banned from the game. We don't see any changes about this issue of Z8Games.
There should be a public list, a wall of shame for those who use hacks and are banned daily!
Maybe like so they would avoid using hacks!
Natt did gave a great answer, and also. A public list ''ban list'' wont have any effect. If they want, they keep going. -

Guys, rly u should work on hackers , act faster and even faster ..
it is pain in the a?? dealing with them daily .. in NA or UK ,, they spread ruining everything ( i was praying before every map that there would be no hacker in the room ).. it is rly unbearable ..
also you can try to make access to ranked matches to higher ranks.. to get gold ranks was a huge challenge ( playing 10 hours daily would be less hurting than getting this gold ranks ) ..
Eventually , those ranked matches were rly one of my worst nightmares with this game.. -
I wonder what prevents detect cheaters simply checking the statistics on the usual ring games and rank? For example if K / D was 1.5 on the usual and at the rank dramatically Table of the 3 or 4 here and fool understand that people might well not so fast start to play better, so to speak checking for lice O_o
