This would be interesting - making it better than the druganov. however; I usually use the m700 as practice for myself to aim for the head. Using the barrett/awm I get lazy :L

i quite like this idea as the m700 needs to be aimed for the head for proper use.

again, this would make it competitive with the other snipers as the lightness of the m700 is always a plus. it would be great in s&d for example; and may even promote a "scout" class.

I don't understand why this should be a thing. This already happens with the server source code I believe (if it's built well); and this kind of discrimination is bad. Anyways; if you're fighting someone with a higher ping actually you have the advantage due to your bullets registering faster. Is this supposed to kick the VIP user or something? :S

I believe that the beauty of the m700 is the fast reload. 1HK is a bad improvement as it's addition to the game dynamic is purely due to the fact it's not.
Something that could be added instead (and would make me interested) would be a buff to something like fire speed that would allow headshot aiming training - but not panellise the use for a miss and give faster follow up shots when needed.
the "semi-autos" in this game for the sake of balance are also heavily limited in their fire speed. Maybe this could level the playing field...
